Dirk-Jan C. Binnema b02aa57686 mu-scm: implement mime-part handling, refact
Implement accessing the MIME-parts + docs  + test.

Implement saving attachments to file.

Implement creating messages from files.

Refactor / rename functions to be more uniform.
