clang/libc++ don't allow constexpr:

```
mu-cmd-find.cc:498:40: error: constexpr variable cannot have non-literal type 'const std::array<Color, 6>' (aka 'const array<Mu::MaybeAnsi::Color, 6>')
        constexpr std::array<Color, 6> rainbow = {
```

So let's make it mere `const` instead.
