Instead of just the query-string or maildir name, allow
mu4e-ask-bookmark / mu4e-ask-folder to return the query-item, when a new
optional parameter QUERY-ITEM is non-nil.
Make mu4e-maildir-shortcut and mu4e-bookmarks understand a property
:hide-if-no-unread~, which hides the maildir/bookmark from the main-view
if there are no unread messages which the corresponding query.
When you ask for bookmarks or maildirs through mu4e-ask-bookmark,
mu4e-ask-maildir, the counts are displayed in the (default) completions
next to the maildirs. This is a shorter version of the full display,
just showing either the delta or the number of unread messages, if any.
If you don't want to see these counts, there is mu4e-hide-short-counts.
- get an updated maildir list after indexing
- add mu4e-added items to the list opportunistically
Remove mu4e-clear-caches / mu4e-cache-maildir-list to mu4e-obsolete.el

This patch allows mu4e to autocomplete when `mu4e-root-maildor` contains
symbolic links to other maildirs. Without this patch mu4e can still work when
directories under `mu4e-root-maildor` are symlinks, but it will not autocomplete
properly when using `mu4e-search-maildir`.

Implement function / datas structure to conveniently aggregate all
query-related data, for reuse in various places in mu4e...
... to start with the main menu, which gets much simpler. And the
modeline.
This reverts commit be695579c6.
The change didn't look very nice (keynames are not aligned etc.), and in
hindsight we should probably implement this slightly differently.
Usurp more of the utils code than can be re-used without further dependencies in
helpers.
Split off specific parts in their own file.
After the helper/utils changes, update the rest of mu4e to take the changes into
account.
