remove non-single-threaded option

Single-threaded is the build-default, and seems to work well enough for
1.12.7, so remove the option to turn it off.

This is because build-options that influence such low-level/core
behavior are a pain to maintain.

- many small mu4e bugs fixed, usually very old ones
- with 1.12.7, ~mu~ indexing is single-threaded again (by default), to avoid
cases of database-corruption that have appeared.
There's the ~-Dxapian-single-threaded=false~ flag to Meson to retain the old
behavior.
